2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
2.3 We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
3.2 Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to sales@alexclarkart.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
4.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
In the event that the product has been used.
The returned items are not received by Alex Clark Art Ltd within 14 days of delivery. Exceptions to this are Christmas gifts ordered between 20th November & 20th December which maybe returned up until January 15th.
Items supplied in a sealed packaging which have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

1/ You can return goods to Alex Clark Art Ltd for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a
Full refund or exchange (excluding postage & packing) .
2/ The costs of returning goods to Alex Clark Art Ltd shall be borne by you.
3/ Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund (excluding post & packaging) within 30
Days.
4/ The following points apply to items you may wish to return: -
The goods must be unused.
The goods must have all original labels attached, bags/boxes intact and be in a saleable condition.
The returned items must be received by Alex Clark Art Ltd within 14 days of delivery. Exceptions to this are Christmas gifts ordered between 20th November & 20th December which maybe returned up until January 15th.
Items supplied in a sealed packaging which have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
5/ Should your return credit take the overall value of your order below the criteria for free delivery
charge which may have been applied to your order, Alex Clark Art Ltd will give you the option of
buying another product or deducting the original delivery cost from the relevant “returns
credit”.
6/ Please wrap your return in the same packaging in which you received it and enclose the packing slip.
7/ All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to Alex Clark Art Ltd within 3 days
of the delivery date. All goods are supplied with a 90 day fault warranty (faulty goods can only
be returned for exchange not refund once outside of our 14 day satisfaction guarantee).
8/ Products shown on this website may vary slightly from the images displayed.
9/ Alex Clark Art Ltd cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information
supplied during the checkout process.
10/ Please note that we unfortunately CANNOT offer returns on items listed which have
been purchased at a “Sale” price.

Please obtain a free Certificate of Posting for all returns (available at Post Office counters). This will help in the unlikely events your parcel is lost in transit and you will be able to claim for your losses. This free certificate does though only insure goods up to a value of £30 so if your return is higher then please consult with your local Post Office to ensure the best secure method.
If you are returing goods to Alex Clark Art Ltd from outwith the UK please use a prepaid, traceable method as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods which are lost in transit.
Credits will be made in the same method as original payment. In respect of credit/debit cards the credit will be paid back to the original card.

Our standard UK Delivery is on a 1st Class Standard Day service.
Consumer orders: UK standard delivery is free for orders over £35. Standard Royal Mail postal rates are charged for UK orders of less than £35 (after any discount has been applied), the costs are calculated by weight.
A surcharge applies for express UK deliveries.
International Shipping: Rates are calculated at the checkout depending on the weight and destination.
Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery of international orders.
For International customers, we do NOT deliver to PO Box Addresses.
